If you used prepay, authorized holds, or TableCheck Pay (formerly Contactless Payment) for your reservation, you can view your payment history in your Profile.
You can check reservation details, the card used, the billing amount, and the payment status.
1.Via the TableCheck Home Page, select [Account], then login. |

2.Select [Payment History]. |
3.Your payment history will be displayed. |
4.Select a venue to view the payment details.
Show Receipt: A field will appear. Enter the recipient's name. After inputting and saving, a PDF receipt will be generated. You can reissue a receipt using the same steps, but the recipient's name cannot be changed.

Paid |
Payment for a reservation has been completed. (A reservation was prepaid, or authorized hold charge was processed, TableCheck Pay etc.) |
Refunded |
Refund was completed, regardless of whether the reservation was prepaid or authorized hold.(A reservation was prepaid, or authorized hold charge was processed, TableCheck Pay etc.) In case of a partial refund, the [Total Amount] will reflect the amount after the refund is deducted.
