If you are encountering this issue, you may have yet to fill in a required field on the booking page.
Kindly check that all mandatory information have been provided:
- Number of Persons
- Date of Reservation
- Time of Reservation
- Service Type (applicable to some venues)
- Menu selection (applicable to some venues)
- Answers to required questions (applicable to some venues)
- Purpose of Reservation (applicable to some venues)
- Confirmation of Terms and Policies
If there is no course menus available for the date and time you have selected, you may either try and different date or time, or contact the restaurant directly.
"Please answer the required questions"
Some venues add mandatory questions to be answered during the booking process. If you are seeing this message, please refer to any unanswered questions found just above the "Request" field.
Questions which are mandatory to be answered will be marked with a red asterisk (*) or a red "REQ" label.
"Resend Confirmation Instructions"
This message appears if your TableCheck Account used to make your reservation has not yet been successfully verified.
※If you are unable to locate the verification email, you may have it resent from the "My Profile" section in your TableCheck account.
In rare circumstances, there is a possibility that TableCheck emails are being blocked from your inbox due to your domain's security settings.
After confirming your address is correct, please ensure your device or email domain is configured to accept emails from the "tablecheck.com" domain.
This adjustment will help prevent important emails from being filtered or blocked by your device's or email domain's security measures.
