How to Delete Your TableCheck Account (MyPage)

You can delete your TableCheck account and MyPage by following the instructions below. This process can be completed using either a computer or a smartphone. For information regarding recommended browsers, please refer to the "Browser Support" page.

 

If your account is deleted, all of your reservation history and associated information will be deleted.
As account information cannot be restored once they are deleted, please exercise caution before proceeding with the account deletion.

 

 

1. Go to "My Reservations" from the reservation screen, or to "My Account" from the TableCheck homepage.
(If you are proceeding from the TableCheck homepage, proceed to step 3.)

2. In "My Reservations," press the pull-down button (downward pointing triangle) at the top of the screen and select "My Account."

3. Click "Delete My Account" at the bottom of the "My Account" page.

4. A confirmation pop-up will appear. If everything is in order and you wish to proceed, click "Delete My Account" to complete the deletion.
