How to Check Your Reservation
Depending on the restaurant, your credit card statement may show either “TableCheck” or the restaurant name.
Example of Statement Notation:
① TableCheck ****(dined-in restaurant's name)
② TableCheck ****(dined-in company's name)
③ TABLECHECK Reservation Fee (applicable only to restaurants with reservation fees)
※Due to character limitation, the name of the property or company you had dined with may be cut off.
■ Starting from reservations made on or after April 1, 2025, the description on your statement will gradually be updated. It will no longer show the restaurant or company name, and instead, the statement will display either:
"TABLECHECK" or "TABLECHECK Reservation Fee"
Some restaurants may continue to display their current names. In such cases, one of the following examples (①, ②, or ③) will appear on your statement.
If "TABLECHECK" is listed without the name of the venue or company, it is likely that the service was used in the following ways:
- Reservation through TableCheck
- Reservation through the restaurant's official website
