How to check TC Points

1. Tap [TC Points] on My Page. The total earned points are displayed at the top of the TC Points screen. Pending points are granted approximately 10 days after your visit. Related Page:What are TC Points?

2. Click [View details] in the blue box to display the number of points for each expiration date. The expiration date is the end of the sixth month including the acquisition month. Related Page:What are TC Points?

Q: Why didn't I earn TC Points even though I visited?
A: TC Points are awarded about 10 days after your visit.Points are always used starting with those that expire first, so please check the expiration date before use.

Q: I made a reservation but haven't earned points
A: TC Points are not awarded at the time of reservation; they are awarded about 10 days after your visit.
It may also be that your reservation is ineligible for TC Points. Please check whether the following conditions are met.
- A reservation at a restaurant eligible for TC Points
- You booked via TableCheck (restaurant search site) https://www.tablecheck.com/en/japan during a period when TC Points are eligible
- You created a TableCheck account and were logged in at the time of booking
Not eligible for TC Points: New reservations not made via TableCheck (the restaurant search site), including any subsequent reservation changes; walk-ins (visits without a reservation); and guest reservations made without creating an account or logging in at the time of booking.
Q: I received a points-earned email, but it isn't reflected in my points history
A: The points-earned email is sent to the email address registered to the account you were logged into at the time of booking. When checking your points history, please confirm you are logged into the same account used for the reservation.
Q: If a cancellation fee applies, can I use TC Points to pay it?
A: If you used points when making the reservation, TC Points will be applied first to any cancellation fee. For reservations where no points were used, TC Points cannot be used to pay the cancellation fee.
Q: If I change my reservation, what happens to the TC Points I used?
A: Your TC Points will be adjusted according to the updated reservation details.
Q: What happens to my TC Points if I delete my account?
A: Upon account deletion, any points you held and any points scheduled to be earned will be forfeited.
Q: Can I transfer TC Points to a family member or another account?
A: Points cannot be reassigned to or earned by other accounts, including family members or third parties.
Q: I don't know which account earned the TC Points
A: Log in to your account and check the history from [TC Points] on My Page.
Q: If the reservation is canceled due to the restaurant's circumstances, will points be granted?
A: Any TC Points scheduled to be earned after cancellation will be revoked and will not be awarded.
Q: If the number of guests or course changes between booking and visit, what happens to the points?
A: TC Points are awarded based on the number of guests and course at the time of your visit.
Q: Can I check the points I am expected to earn?
A: When booking at a TC Points eligible restaurant, you can view the expected points on the reservation confirmation page.
