- iPhone (iOS 17 or later)
- When logging in using the Safari browser
- On some iPhone devices, the login buttons for Google, Yahoo! JAPAN, etc. may not be clickable (they appear greyed out).
- Required information may not be displayed.
- The screen may turn white and display nothing.
- If the "Block Pop-ups" setting is enabled in Safari, the browser may block the pop-up window required for login, preventing the authentication process with external services (such as Google or Yahoo! JAPAN) from starting. As a result, the login buttons may become disabled.
- Open the [Settings] app from your home screen
- Select [Safari]
- Turn off Block Pop-ups
- Restart Safari and access the reservation page again
*A screen like the one shown in the image below will appear.
Please try the following steps:
- Try accessing the page using another browser (e.g. Chrome)
- Restart your device
- Clear cache in Safari
