How to Use TC Points
| 1. On TableCheck (restaurant search site) https://www.tablecheck.com/en/japan , select [TC Points] from the search filters below the search box. Check [Venues accepting TC Points] and click [Update.] *Only restaurants that accept TC Points are eligible. |

2. Go to the reservation page for the restaurant and enter the number of TC Points you want to use. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why didn’t I earn TC Points even though I visited?
A: TC Points are awarded approximately 10 days after your visit.Points are always used starting with those that expire soonest, so please check the expiration date before use.

It is also possible that your reservation is ineligible for TC Points. Please check whether the following conditions are met.
- A reservation at a restaurant eligible for TC Points
- You booked via TableCheck (restaurant search site) https://www.tablecheck.com/en/japan during a points-eligible period
- You created a TableCheck account and were logged in at the time of booking
Not eligible for TC Points: New reservations not made via TableCheck (the restaurant search site), including any subsequent reservation changes; walk-ins (visits without a reservation); and guest reservations made without creating an account or logging in at the time of booking.
Q: I couldn’t use TC Points for payment on the day of my visit
A: The timing for when TC Points can be used varies depending on the restaurant’s payment method.
For prepaid reservations: Points can be used only when creating the reservation. They cannot be used for payment at the restaurant.
For non-prepaid reservations: Points can be used up until the visit date.
*Points cannot be used for walk-in visits (without a reservation).

Q: I received a points-earned confirmation email, but it’s not reflected in my points history
A: The confirmation email is sent to the email address registered to the account you were logged into at the time of booking. When checking your points history, please confirm you are logged into the same account used for the reservation.
*Please note that the email notification feature is currently in progress and will be available gradually.
Q: If a cancellation fee applies, can I use TC Points to pay it?
A: If you used points for your reservation, TC Points will be applied first to any cancellation fees. For reservations where no points were used, TC Points cannot be used to pay the cancellation fee.
Q: Why are only a few restaurants displayed as accepting TC Points?
A: We are continuing to expand the number of restaurants where TC Points can be used. We appreciate your patience while more participating restaurants are added.
Q: If I visit multiple restaurants on the same day, can I earn points for each?
A: If you book eligible restaurants via TableCheck (restaurant search site) https://www.tablecheck.com/en/japan you can earn TC Points on the same day even if you visit multiple restaurants.
Q: Can expired points be restored?
A: Expired TC Points cannot be restored.
Q: Are the point-earning conditions different for course reservations and seat-only reservations?
A: Seat-only reservations are not eligible for TC Points.
Q: In the case of split billing, which account earns the points?
A: TC Points are awarded to the account that was logged in at the time of booking.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of points that can be earned per visit?
A: The number of TC Points that can be earned varies by restaurant. Please contact the restaurant directly.
Q: Will I still earn points if I use coupons or discounts on the day?
A: TC Points are awarded based on the amount at the time of booking.
Q: Can I earn TC Points even if I pay with cash or e-money?
A: You can earn TC Points even if it is not a prepaid reservation. For payment methods available at the restaurant on the day, please contact the restaurant directly.
Please note that TC Points are awarded only for reservations that meet the following conditions.

- You booked via TableCheck (restaurant search site) https://www.tablecheck.com/en/japan during a points-eligible period
- You created a TableCheck account and were logged in at the time of booking
Q: If I use points toward my payment, will I still earn new points?
A: Yes. Even if you use TC Points for part of your payment, points are awarded based on the listed price of the eligible menu. Example: If you use 500 points on a 10,000 JPY menu → even though you pay 9,500 JPY, points are granted based on 10,000 JPY.
Q: Can I earn points for takeout or delivery orders?
A: Yes, if the restaurant is eligible for point accrual, you can earn points.
Q: Do I earn points for additional orders placed at the restaurant?
A: Only the menu selected at the time of booking is eligible for TC Points. *Seat-only reservations are not eligible for TC Points.
Q: I want to change the number of points I used
A: TC points can only be selected at the time of booking.
If you need to change them, please cancel your reservation and make a new one. Your TC point balance will be adjusted according to the details of the cancellation.

Please note that, depending on the timing of your cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply in accordance with the cancellation policy set by the restaurant you booked. Please check the cancellation policy before proceeding with a cancellation.
