If you do not receive reservation notification emails or the email address verification email for My Page, the following possibilities may apply.
1) Due to receiving settings or environment
- Sorted into spam or other folders
- Inbox capacity exceeded
- Network conditions
- Domain blocked by your device settings
- Impact of your email receiving / security settings
If you cannot receive emails due to security settings, please check and change your email security settings. For the domain, please set your mailbox to accept emails from the tablecheck.com domain.
2) When using a carrier email address
If the email address registered at the time of booking is a carrier email address, emails may not be delivered.
【How to resolve】
Please check that you allow emails from the tablecheck.com domain. If you would like the reservation confirmation email resent, please contact the restaurant. If you wish to change the receiving email address, please ask the restaurant to correct your email address.
From January 2026, some Gmail features will change, and if you use Gmail’s setting to [automatically fetch emails from external addresses (POP fetch)], our notification emails may not arrive.

If you are not receiving reservation-related SMS, the following possibilities may apply.
- SMS reception is blocked by your device or carrier settings (settings differ by carrier)
- (If you use a budget SIM such as an MVNO) checking SMS on a device without a voice plan
- From September 1, 2024, for customers at Malaysian venues or with Malaysian carriers (per the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission, SMS containing URLs or personal information may be blocked)

If you would like the SMS resent, after confirming your receiving settings, please contact the restaurant.
If an incorrect phone number was registered, please ask the restaurant to update it to a number that can receive SMS.
