We will guide you through the process of changing your registered phone number, email address, and password, as well as setting up your account to receive newsletters from TableCheck and to connect with your social accounts.
| 1.Via the Home Page, select [Account] at the bottom right, then [Profile]. *If not logged in, login via [Account]. |

2.Change each setting as needed.

Password: Click [Change], enter your new password, then click [Update].
Social Accounts: Click the [Connect] button for the relevant site and follow the login instructions to complete the link.
Memberships: If you are enrolled in a venue's membership program, click [Unsubscribe] to end your enrollment.
Unfortunately, you are unable to update your (Yahoo! / Google / Facebook) account's email address from here.
The system pulls your name, email address, and phone number directly from your linked social account. To update your email address, you’ll need to change it in the social media account itself.
Unfortunately, email addresses can’t be updated directly on TableCheck. Please create a new account with your desired email address instead.
The [Disconnect] operation will not delete your account.

If you registered using an incorrect email address, the procedure differs depending on whether or not you have a TableCheck account.
*If you're unsure whether you created an account, please check both options below.
1. If you are a non-member (no account created / guest reservation)
This applies to people who:
- Made a reservation without logging in
- Have not created a TableCheck account
- Do not have access to a "My Page"
What to do:
If you are a non-member, you cannot change your registered email address or phone number on your own.
If you wish to modify or confirm your reservation, please contact the restaurant directly.
2. If you are a member (account created and logged in at the time of reservation)
This applies to people who:
- Created a TableCheck account and made a reservation while logged in
- Can view their reservations from the "My Page"
What to do:
Since the verification email for changing your email address is sent to your current (incorrect) address, you won’t be able to complete the process if you can’t access that inbox.
Please note that we are unable to manually correct or edit an incorrect email address.
Solution:
1. Delete the current account that was registered with the wrong email address
2. Create a new account using your correct email address
*Once the account with the incorrect email address has been deleted, you can link your reservation to the new account with the correct address. For how to link the reservation, please refer to the help pages below.
