The reservation history displayed under "Reservations" on My Page shows bookings made while logged in to your TableCheck account. Related Page:Reservation Doesn't Appear on MyPage
Please note that reservations will not be displayed on My Page in the following cases.
- You made the reservation without logging in
- You made the reservation using a different email address
- If you made the reservation without logging in
- You made the reservation by phone
If you made the reservation while logged in to a different TableCheck account
Because the linking operation has already been completed, the reservation cannot be linked to your account. You can perform the linking operation after deleting the account that is currently linked.
If you delete the account, all past reservation history and other data will be erased, but the reservation itself will not be deleted.

Below are instructions on how to link a reservation to My Page if any of the above apply.
1.You can link from any of the following three places.
- On the confirmation screen immediately after booking, log in via "Create or log in to TableCheck My Page" (Linking complete)
- Open the booking confirmation page from "Reservation details" in the booking notification email you received (Go to step 2)
- Open the booking confirmation page from the link in the booking notification SMS you received (Go to step 2)
The booking confirmation screen varies by restaurant, so please check the appropriate specification from the procedures below.

| 2.Scroll down and, under "View Full Reservation Details", enter the phone number or email address you provided at the time of booking, then press the button. |
| 3.The booking confirmation screen will reopen; click "Sign-up or Connect TableCheck Account". |
| 4.Click the "TableCheck" button and log in to your TableCheck account to complete the linking. Linked reservations can be viewed on My Page. |
