We will guide you through the process of changing your registered phone number, email address, and password, as well as setting up your account to receive newsletters from TableCheck and to connect with your social accounts.
1.Via the Home Page, select [Account] at the bottom right, then [Profile]. *If not logged in, login via [Account]. |

2.Change each setting as needed.

Password: Click [Change], enter your new password, then click [Update].
Social Accounts: Click the [Connect] button for the relevant site and follow the login instructions to complete the link.
Memberships: If you are enrolled in a venue's membership program, click [Unsubscribe] to end your enrollment.
Unfortunately, you are unable to update your (Yahoo! / Google / Facebook) account's email address from here.
The system pulls your name, email address, and phone number directly from your linked social account. To update your email address, you’ll need to change it in the social media account itself.
Unfortunately, email addresses can’t be updated directly on TableCheck. Please create a new account with your desired email address instead.
The [Disconnect] operation will not delete your account.

TableCheck members
If you have an account (a member) and you cannot receive the confirmation e-mail due to a change of e-mail address, you will need to delete your current account and re-create an account with the correct address. Please note that we are unable to correct an incorrect e-mail address.
How to Delete Your TableCheck Account (MyPage)
※Reservations associated with the account being deleted will not be directly affected.
After deleting the My Page account with the incorrect address, you can link the reservation to the account created with the correct address. Please refer to the help page below for details on how to link the account.
Logging into Your TableCheck Account
TableCheck non-member
If you do not have an account (non-member), you cannot change the e-mail address or phone number registered at the time of reservation.If you wish to change your reservation, please contact the restaurant directly.
