From Venue Reservation Page
1. Select on "My Reservations" from the menu found on the upper right corner of any TableCheck reservation page. |

2. Click on "Forgot your password?", and enter your e-mail address that is registered with TableCheck. An e-mail will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password. If you are unable to receive the email, please refer to the article below.

From TableCheck Homepage
1. Click [Account] on the lower-right, then click [Login]. |

2. Click [Forgot password?] beneath the password field. |

3. Enter the email address registered to your TableCheck account. If you do not receive the email, please check the following article:

Kindly refer to the password requirements below:
- Minimum password length: 8 characters
- Contains at least one lowercase and uppercase character
- Contains at least one number
- Contains at least one special character
- Not the same password as your last 5 passwords.
- Does not contain more than 5 consecutive characters from your Email ID
For instance,
your email ID is yamada@tablecheck.com
your password is Yamada1a2b3!
In this case, your password is not available to be used as "amada" can be regarded as 5 consecutive characters from your email ID.
