TableCheck can be accessed through web browsers (Google Chrome, Safari) on a smartphone or a PC. However, if your OS is an outdated version which has not been updated in a while, the application may not be displayed properly which may in turn cause the screen to get stuck during the processing part.
If this issue seems to apply to your situation, please update your OS or app version and try again.
・Internet access connection interrupted mid processing
If your Internet connection is lost mid loading process, or your connection is weak, you may not be able to proceed beyond the processing screen.
If this issue seems to apply to your situation, please connect to a stronger network environment. Or alternatively make a new reservation again under a more stable Internet connection.
・Security restrictions on your card established by your credit card provider
Some credit card companies may temporarily restrict the use of your card when they recognize that you are attempting to make a charge overseas, in unusual/unfamiliar places, or for unusual amounts.
When the transaction is blocked due to the breach of the above suspected restriction, your credit card provider/bank may not be approve the transaction accordingly.
If this issue seems to apply to your situation, please contact your card issuer/bank to verify the restrictions and approve the transaction to proceed.
