How to Check Your Reservation

You can review your reservation details on the reservation confirmation screen from when you made your reservation. By tapping the property's address, Google Maps will open for your convenience.

Information available on your reservation confirmation screen:

1．Property name
2．Phone number
3．Address (with a map link)
4．Date and time
5．Number of people
6．Reservation status
7．Table type
8．Orders
9．Payment (if credit card information is registered)
10. Service fee (if applicable)
11．FAQs
12．Reservation ID

※Please note that some information may not be listed depending on the property's settings.

Actions you can take on your reservation screen:

1．Cancel Reservation
2．Change Reservation

The reservation confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide during the booking process.

This email is sent automatically from "no-reply@tablecheck.com"

An SMS message will be sent to the phone number you provide during the reservation process.
The SMS will contain a link to confirm the details of your reservation.

To receive SMS messages, ensure that you have checked the box for "Notify me via text message" when registering your phone number during the reservation.

If you made a reservation by phone, the property may send SMS messages to the phone number you provide during the reservation process.
