Q. Why can’t I make a reservation even though availability is shown? Is this a system error?
A: It may be due to restrictions set by the restaurant.
Depending on the selected seat or course, there may be restrictions on specific days/times and party size, so you may not be able to select it even if availability is displayed. Some restaurants also restrict multiple bookings under the same name or back-to-back bookings within a short time.
It may also be affected by your network environment or device.
