Characteristics of Impersonation Emails
- An email about a "reservation confirmation" that you do not recall making
Subject: Confirmation of Your Reservation | [Restaurant Name] - The sender displays the name "TableCheck," but the actual email address does NOT match either of the following
・ @tablecheck.com domain
・ marketing-no-reply@edm.tablecheck.co - The email body contains a URL to a reservation confirmation page for a booking you do not recall making
How to Respond If You Receive Such an Email
If you receive an email matching the above description, a third party may be impersonating TableCheck. These emails carry risks including computer virus infection, redirection to phishing sites, and leakage of your personal information.
Please delete these emails without opening them. If you have already opened an email, please do not tap any URLs or link buttons contained in the email, and delete the entire email.
