Issuing e-Receipts
Changes in Receipt Content
Receipts and usage statements will be issued as a single PDF with the formats below. However, the description on each will be as follows.
- Receipt: Description: “TC points purchase”; Usage: “Voucher purchase”
- Usage Statement: Description: “Used as voucher for dining”
Receipts are issued at the time of payment, while usage statements are shown according to the timing below.
- Advance Payment: Issued 26 hours after the reservation date and time
- TableCheck Pay, Cancellation Fees, Reservation Fees: Issued at the time of payment
*Please note that if these timings are not met, usage statements may not be available.

If the reservation time is after 18:00 on April 1, 2025, the usage statement will be issued after 20:00 on April 2, 2025.

When using TableCheck for payments (including credit card payments made via TableCheck), TC points will be automatically purchased and used. You can continue using TC points as before—no changes in flow.
What are TC Points?
- ・TC Points are automatically converted into vouchers (for usage at restaurants) as of the purchase date.
- Currently, all TC Points are immediately exchanged into vouchers, so there’s no advance charging or point balance remaining.
Impact of the Change
- No changes to system-side automatic conversions or payment flows.
- For payments made directly to the restaurant, usage will appear under “TableCheck” on your credit card statement.
- Vouchers (usage slips) are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
- There is no re-issuance of vouchers (usage slips). When making inquiries, please provide your Reservation ID, not the voucher ID.
