| Q What is this ¥50 charge I don’t recognize? |

A The ¥50 you may have been charged at the time of booking is a "pre-authorization" to verify your card's validity. When you enter your card details, the card company temporarily charges ¥50 to confirm the card is active. This amount will be refunded after your visit and credited back to your account later. |
| Q Can I choose a different payment method at the venue? |

A You can change to a different payment when settling the bill. In that case, the registered card will not be charged. For details, please contact the venue directly. |
| Q What credit cards are accepted? |
