The online receipt can only be issued under the following conditions when payment is made through the TableCheck system:
- TableCheck Pay (hereafter referred to as TC Pay)
- Reservation Fee
- Pre-payment

Temporary Hold
*Temporary Hold = This does not apply to dining charges, as it is for cancellation protection. However, if the dining charges are paid via TableCheck from the temporarily held amount, you can check the receipt as described on this page.
Furthermore, regarding the issuance of receipts, we kindly ask that you issue them online by yourself.
Please note that we and the reservation restaurant are unable to issue receipts on your behalf.

1.In TableCheck, select [Account] and then [Payment History.] *Login required. |

2.Select the desired reservation for which you would like to receive a receipt.

| 3.Enter the name to which the receipt should be addressed and select the [Download your e-receipts] button. |

4.Receipts can be issued in PDF format.
Once a receipt has been issued, it is not possible to change the name of the recipient.
Receipts can be reissued using the same procedure. The word [Reissued] will be printed on the reissued receipt.

1.Open the reservation details screen from the reservation confirmation e-mail or payment completion e-mail.
2.Enter the phone number or e-mail address you entered when making your reservation and click [View Full Reservation Details.]
3.Select the link under [You may download an e-Receipt for your payment below] to receive your receipt in PDF format.

- Resend of the reservation confirmation e-mail is available only to the restaurant that made the reservation.Please contact the restaurant directly to request resending
- Once a receipt has been issued, it is not possible to change the name of the recipient.,

Both the receipt and the usage statement will be included in a single PDF file, with the following information:

Usage: Voucher purchase
Usage Statement:

A blank page appears after tapping the receipt button (Android)
Since the download was successful, please check the following method.
- Open “Chrome.”
- Open the browser menu screen (three-point reader)
- Tap “Download” from the menu button in the upper right corner
- Files downloaded in the past are listed.
"This file cannot be opened" appears and the receipt cannot be downloaded or is garbled
For some PDF files, if you open the receipt with a PDF-specific tool, it may not be downloadable or may appear garbled. To prevent garbled text, we recommend opening the PDF file in a browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
If this does not resolve the issue, please clear your cache, close all open browsers, and then try to re-issue the receipt via the reservation confirmation email or your account page.
An error occurs, and the screen does not progress, and the file cannot be opened
This issue is likely related to the browser or device you are using. Please check the following methods and try again in a stable network environment.
- Clear cache
- Delete cookies
- Restart the browser (for smartphones, swipe up to close it)
- Restart your device
- Change your browser or device
- Update the operating system to the latest version

When printing, "Unreadable characters" appears
The issue may be related to fonts, printer drivers, or character encoding. Please check the following methods.
- Change your browser
- Update the printer driver to the latest version
- Change the printer driver's setting to "Always use TrueType fonts"
- If the source file for the PDF is available, re-export the PDF with the font embedding setting
- If you cannot obtain the source PDF, try printing the document as an image

Q: I get an "Access Denied" message and cannot issue a receipt.
A: If the "Access Denied" error message appears when you press [View Full Reservation Details,] it may be due to one of the following conditions:*This issue is only displayed on mobile devices.
- Phone number or email address is not entered
- You pressed [View Full Reservation Details] without entering either the phone number or email address you used when making the reservation
- The phone number or email address you entered does not match the one you provided when making the reservation
Please check the above and try issuing the receipt again.
Q: I cannot issue a receipt because I forgot my password.
A: If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps to reset it.
Once you have logged in with your new password, you can try issuing the receipt again.
