The "Reservations" section of "My Page" will show information about reservations made while you are logged in.
Please note that reservations will not appear on My Page in the following cases.
Possible Reasons Why Your Reservation Is Not Reflected:
- You made the reservation while logged in with a different account.
- You used a different email address when making the reservation.
- You made the reservation without logging in.
- The reservation was not completed properly (the confirmation screen did not appear).
- A system error or unstable internet connection occurred.
What to Do If You Haven’t Received a Confirmation Email:
- Link your reservation to your My Page.
