After your reservation is confirmed, the details will be displayed on the confirmation page. By tapping the address, Google Maps will open. Information visible on the reservation confirmation page

Once your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking. The email will be sent automatically from no-reply@tablecheck.com. If you need the confirmation email resent, please contact the restaurant directly.

A confirmation SMS will be sent to the phone number you entered during booking. The SMS contains a URL that you can tap to view your reservation details. To receive the SMS, please enter your mobile phone number during booking and check the option [Notify me via text messages.] Even if you booked by phone, some restaurants may send a confirmation SMS to the phone number you provided. If you need the SMS resent, please contact the restaurant directly.

If you made a reservation while logged into your TableCheck account, you can check your reservation details using the following steps .
STEP1: Access TableCheck My Page
Log in with the email address or phone number used at the time of booking.

After logging in, you can check your reservation details under [Bookings] in My Page.

If Reservations Do Not Appear on My Page
Your reservation may not be linked to your My Page account. Please try linking it using the method below:
■ Linking Method
1. Please access the URL provided in your reservation confirmation email or SMS
2. Tap the [View Full Reservation Details] or [Log in to see the full details] button located at the bottom of the page
3. Log in, and your reservation will be linked automatically

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I deleted the email and SMS with my reservation details, so I can't confirm my booking. What should I do?
A: Please log in using the email address or phone number used at the time of reservation, and check your booking details under [Bookings] in My Page.
If you booked without logging in or used a different email/phone number, the reservation may not appear on My Page. In that case, please request the relevant restaurant to resend the reservation confirmation email.

Q: I cannot reach the restaurant by phone.
A: The restaurant may be busy or closed. Please wait for a moment and try contacting us again, or check your reservation details via My Page or the reservation confirmation page linked in the reservation confirmation email or SMS.
You may also find information on the restaurant’s official website or social accounts. Try searching by the restaurant name.
