How to Make Changes to your Reservation
How to modify your reservation from the confirmation email
From the reservation confirmation email received at the time of booking, go to the reservation confirmation page and select the [Change Reservation] button.

If You Cannot Change the Reservation
You cannot change your reservation on TableCheck in the following situations. Please contact the restaurant directly.
- No availability or confirmation needed
- Unable to change even after adjusting the conditions
- Booked the wrong location (including affiliated restaurants)
*If you still wish to make changes yourself, please create a new reservation at the correct restaurant and cancel the original one.
Error Messages When Changes Cannot Be Made
Message: “No availability for ○ guests at ○:○.”
Solution: Try a different time or guest number, or contact the restaurant directly.
Message: “No availability for ○ guests on yyyy/mm/dd.”
Solution: Try a different date or contact the restaurant.
Message: “Please select a course menu.”
Solution: No menu is available for the selected date. Please try another date.
Message: “The course ‘●●’ has been deselected because it is not available at the selected time.”
Solution: Review time, guest count, and menu, and try again.
If the Change Button Is Not Displayed
The Change Reservation button may not appear in the following cases:
Reason: The restaurant's settings prevent modifications.
Solution: Please contact the restaurant directly.
Reason: Due to system limitations, the Change button is not displayed.
Solution: Please cancel and make a new reservation.
