Whether your reservation is prepaid or simply pre-authorized, the payment status and billing information of your booking can be found on the reservation details page, payment notification email sent to you, as well as in your TableCheck Account.
The payment method and amount can be viewed on the reservation details page.
You may access the page from the reservation confirmation e-mail or SMS sent to you at the time of reservation.

Go to the "Payments" section of your TableCheck Account, to check the status* of your credit card transactions for the property which you made reservations for.
*pre-authorization deposit (credit hold) has been voided, payment has been refunded, prepayment has been taken etc.
Please note that only reservations made while logged into your TableCheck Account will appear.
