As a general rule, even if your reservation is canceled for any of the reasons below, a determination will be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.
- Cancellation due to your own illness, hospitalization, or designated infectious diseases
- Reasons attributable to your companion(s) or family members
- Booked the wrong date/time
- Delays, suspensions, or cancellations of transportation such as trains, Shinkansen, or flights
Even if your situation falls under any of the above cases, if it conflicts with the cancellation policy, a cancellation fee will be charged.
If it does not conflict with the cancellation policy, no cancellation fee will be charged.
