A: The refund process has been completed, but depending on your financial institution, it may take several months for the refund to be reflected on your card and then credited to your account.
Also, even if you contact your financial institution, they may not be able to confirm the status immediately. In that case, we recommend waiting some time before inquiring again.
Q: I accidentally canceled my reservation and received a refund-completed email
A: The refund for the canceled reservation has already been completed. Canceled reservations cannot be restored, so please make a new reservation. Please note that, depending on availability and the restaurant’s circumstances, restoration is not always guaranteed.
Q: I haven't received a refund confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Refund completion emails are sent only for reservations that involve actual payments, such as those marked as Advance Purchase Required.

Q: I received an email confirming a refund, but I don't know which reservation it's for.
A: Please check the email body — it contains the relevant restaurant name and reservation ID.
If you received a refund confirmation email you do not recognize, it is possible that another customer or the restaurant accidentally entered your email address when making a reservation. For steps on how to proceed, please refer to the help article below.

Q: The amount shown in the refund confirmation email is different from the refunded amount. Why is that?
A: The refund amount is processed by the restaurant in accordance with its cancellation policy.
Because each restaurant sets its own cancellation policy, we are unable to answer questions about whether a refund will be issued.
We do not have the authority to determine refund eligibility or to perform refunds, so please contact the relevant restaurant directly.

Q: The refund completion email doesn't include a reservation ID. Where should I check?
A: If you booked while logged in, please go to My Page → [Bookings] and look for the reservation that matches the restaurant name shown in the email.
*If you booked without logging in, or used a different email address or phone number, the reservation may not appear on My Page. In that case, ask the relevant restaurant to resend the reservation confirmation and link the reservation to your account.
