We would like to provide detailed information regarding refunds after cancellations for reservations made with credit card information, depending on the type of payment method used.
The process may vary depending on the cancellation policy of the restaurant where the reservation was made.
If the cancellation does not violate the cancellation policy
Once the restaurant confirms the cancellation, they will proceed to release the authorization hold. After the release process is completed by the restaurant, it may take several months for the amount to be refunded and reflected in your account.
If you used a debit or prepaid card when making the reservation, please note that due to the nature of these cards, the amount may be immediately withdrawn from your account at the time the restaurant processes the release. However, the amount will eventually be refunded, so please rest assured.
