Depending on the cancellation policy of the property which the reservation was made, a cancellation fee may be applicable if you are cancelling within the property's stipulated cancellation window.
If you are cancelling your reservation outside of the property's stipulated cancellation window, the credit hold placed on your card through the pre-authorization will be released accordingly and reflected on your statement in several days.
Prepayments are not subjected to refunds generally, unless stipulated by the property.
If a refund for a prepaid reservation should be provided due to extenuating circumstances, please contact the property directly to provide more information.
If a refund is expected as you are cancelling outside of the cancellation window (as stipulated the property), please cancel your reservation and await the property's refund action accordingly.
