How to Check if a Reservation Can Be Changed
Access the reservation confirmation page using the link provided in the “Reservation Confirmation Email” you received when you made your booking.
■ If Displayed:
You can modify your reservation online. Click the “Modify Reservation” button to change the number of guests, date, time, or menu.

■ If Not Displayed:
Online modifications are not possible. Please create a new reservation with the desired details and cancel the original reservation.

Q. I want to change my reservation. What should I do?
A: If online changes are not available, please make a new reservation with the desired details and cancel the original reservation.
*If the “Modify Reservation” button is not displayed, modifications are not possible.
Q. I cannot find the “Modify Reservation” button.
A: If the “Modify Reservation” button is not visible, your reservation cannot be changed online.
Please create a new reservation and cancel the original one.
Q. I don’t want to cancel. Can I just make changes?
A: If the “Modify Reservation” button appears on the confirmation page, you can modify the details directly.
If not, or in the following cases, changes cannot be made through the system. Please contact the restaurant directly:
- If you want to check seat availability
- If you can’t make a new reservation under your preferred conditions
- If you mistakenly booked a different restaurant (including requests to change to a sister location)
If you prefer to proceed on your own, please make a new reservation with your updated preferences and cancel the old one.
*If the cancellation is made within the allowed time frame, no fee will be charged. Please check your confirmation email or the restaurant page for details.
Q. When do cancellation fees apply?
A: The timing for cancellation fees varies by restaurant.

Q. I want to cancel my reservation and make a new one. What happens to my TC Points if I cancel?
A:TC Points used for the canceled reservation will be refunded. If the new reservation is eligible for earning points when it is completed, you can earn points again.
Q. After making an online reservation, I changed it by phone. What happens to my TC Points?
A:Since reservation changes made by phone are not eligible for TC Points, any TC Points you used will be refunded to your account.
