From the displayed reservation list, check whether there are multiple reservations at the same restaurant on the same date and time.

Also check whether you have any reservations made under an account created with different contact details (a different email address/phone number).

Q: I want to cancel online but cannot.
A: Please contact the restaurant directly.
Immediately before your visit or after the cancellation deadline, cancellation cannot be made online. No-shows may incur cancellation fees, so contact the restaurant as soon as possible.
If the restaurant has not listed contact details on TableCheck, check the restaurant’s official website or social media.
Q. I accidentally made duplicate bookings at different restaurants for the same date and time.
A: Please contact the restaurant you will not visit as soon as possible.
As it may conflict with the restaurant’s cancellation policy, cancel any unnecessary reservation as early as you can.
