You may cancel your reservation from the reservation confirmation screen displayed after booking, the confirmation SMS or email, or your TableCheck MyPage.
Depending on the time of your cancellation, a cancellation fee may be imposed as per the venue's cancellation policy stated at the time of your booking.
We strongly recommend checking the venue's cancellation policy before proceeding with your cancellation.

The reservation confirmation screen allows you to view and manage your booking, and can be accessed through the following methods:
- Immediately after completing your reservation, you will be directed to this page.
- Click the Cancel or View Reservation options available in your reservation confirmation email.
- Click the reservation link available in your reservation confirmation SMS.

TableCheck MyPage 1. Log into your TableCheck account and navigate to the "Reservations" page. Locate the reservation you want to cancel and click on the "Cancel" button. |
2. Select the reason for your cancellation. Please be aware that the time periods and corresponding cancellation fees, as outlined in the venue's cancellation policy, are calculated based on the date and time of your scheduled visit. These policies are designed to provide clear guidelines for cancellations to ensure transparency and fairness in the reservation process.
For the cancellation policy depicted in the image, if your reservation was made for October 10, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., a 100% charge of the total reservation amount will apply for cancellations made after 7:00 p.m. on September 30, 2023.
